No answer MTN

I paid via the app, they connected my lines now it's disconnected again and I did pay R986 via MYN APP.

Got this message: Y'ello. We've had to suspend your ability to make outgoing calls due to non-payment of your MTN account. Please pay R 978.00 with MYMTN app or via ABSA, FNB or Standard Bank. Select MTN and use A*** or *** as your payment reference.

Reconnect my lines URGENTLY.
