No answer from MTN online, after being placed on hold for over an hour.....Do they not want business?

Shocking service!!!!....does anyone answer calls there???? Have been on hold for an hour now???? So Samsung Galaxy Note 20 has been discontinued at the MTN stores although advertised on the pamphlet. Was told to call the online store and no answer after an hour???? Seriously 😳
