No answer at their Call Centre - ever
MTN is the most useless cellphone provider ever. I've been trying to reach them for the past 3 weeks, almost daily. No one ever answers the phone and after 12 minutes on hold, they just cut you of. On going to their store, they very snottily told me that they can not, or won't even attempt, to help and that I had to call their call centre.

Please can you assist us what the complaint is about. We can see that you have been assisted on line regarding term date , bring your own package can only be done via MTN stores.
Early upgrade can be done 3 months before the contract expires ( 2017-12-17)
