No answer at mtn retentions department

Hi Peter

I have been trying since yesterday to get hold of mtn south Africa's retention s department. I phone and it just rings for 30min and nobody ever picks that phone up. I called their customer service and they said they don't do cancellations and that it can only be done at their retentions department. But nobody ever answer that phone. Even if customer service puts you thru nobody answers. I need to cancel my phone contract which expired over the weekend and now they just send me an sms to say that they placed me on a month to month now. I never signed or agreed to any month to month deals I just want to cancel but I'm been given the run around. Please help Peter.
