NO ANSWER and NO REPLY!!
On 14 April 2015 MTN sent me an email \with my statement attached". There were however no attachments. I immediately sent an email to Customer Care informing them about this"

To access your billing documents you will need to view them online, there is a link on the email you received. You need to click on the link to view your account online.
