No answer and continually cut off
Been trying to contact the insurance call centre all day with no success. I hold on for ever then get cut off before anyone answers. I sent my claim this morning and have not recieved an email or even a phone call but the automated response says my claim has been rejected. How can a broken phone be rejected!!! Ive had the insurance for 2 years now and never claimed, now when i need to ive only been messed around!

We've also now escalated the matter directly to the management team and requested that you be contacted and get the claim processed and approved.
