No answer
my phone was damaged one week ago, I went to the MTN shop to fill out a clime and was told they would fetch the phone on Tuesday, I tried to call on Tuesday to see what was going on but the contact centre phone cut me off all the time I call, it been a week now and my phone has not been collect for repairs, and I still cannot contact them on the phone,
