I have been phoning the call centre since Monday 13th July to date . Nobody picks up the phone as I just keep holding on and on and on .

My phone does not allow me to dial 100 to hear my voice messages as it asks for a password . I have never had this problem before and cannot retrieve my business messages .

The signal is very bad with all 4 my handsets and after complaining timeously still nothing has changed or improved .

Can somebody assist as I AM PAYING FOR THIS SERVICE AND IT IS VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
