No answer
My phone was ****** three days ago. Police will not open a case and issue a case number without certain reference numbers from Mtn. Mtn simply does not answer any calls at their call centre. After holding for about 18 minutes every time, the call gets dropped. <br> <br> Absolutely useless and extremely frustrating. All you get is the usual message about high call volumes, no matter when you call. Employ more staff and provide us with the service we deserve. Our accounts are paid every month. On time every time!
