No Airtime on Contract?!?!?!?

Disgusting,

I am on contract with MTN

I have been with MTN since 2000. I have paid all my bills on time. So I never had problems with MTN. Now when I tried to make call I had a voice message from MTN that states I do not have enough airtime comes up. I phoned MTN and they gave this lame excuse to up my airtime.

What the hell guys, I have a contract for a reason. Just bill be the extra time. That is how it works. That was how it worked for 16 years!!! I have no idiee what new idiees you have come up with but it is stupid.

I will be looking at other providers if you feel my money and years with you is no longer good enough.

Get some real experts to hatch a business plan for MTN.

I feel like I just need to warn prospective customers on your way of doing business. What If I had an emergency and I need to phone somebody. What if I could not get my security company on the phone because of you guys? What if I was stuck on the road and I could not phone anybody? Again I have a contract for a reason. Guys this is the wrong way to do business.

I will not stand for this.

I will never again allow MTN to put my safety at danger again.

You guys have became a disgusting

Thank you for your post.

We apologize for any inconvenience incurred.

The system reflect that the minutes received free with the package has been used up on the unbilled invoice, the itemized billing report reflect the last free minutes was used on the 27-9-2016.

You have placed a usage limit of R148.79 where the system will allow you to make extra calls or data usage for this usage balance set up. The account will be billed for the extra usage as per the usage balance set up.

The system reflect that you have no data, minutes or airtime left on the sim card. You need to purchase airtime for data and call usage. Or you can set up the usage limit to a higher value by using *141*1*7852#.

Kind Regards,

This is ridiculous

I do not remember signing this

It never worked like this before

I have already started the move to Vodacom

I do not consider the Vodacom any better than the MTN devil however I will never allow MTN to play with my safety ever again

If consider this a slap in the face of a client that has been with you for 16 years

Goodbye and good riddance
