No Aftetsales Support

I purchased two Data only Sim Cards as Christmas Presents. The sim cards was delivered. I provided all the required Rica Documentation that was required. Just to find that not one of the sim cards is acctually working. The Customer Service number is only operational Mondays to Fridays. ***, customer account no A***. Should I not receive assistance today still will this contract me nul and voided and I will take my business to another mobile service provider. ***
