No after sales service/disgusting staff attitude on their customer care

Terrible service from mtn Collections department.

Payment was done in full but according to them it's not allocated to my account, an i was told I have a problem understanding that.

When my concern is if I paid 3 weeks ago who can I contact to allocate my payment if MTN collection themselves don't know where's my payment, yet payment was done with POP an paid up letter received from their legal department.

The lady has been extremely rude an abrupt.

Will never recommend their network, after sales service is disgusting.

Try calling there customer care before taking up a contract with them, you will understand what I mean
