NO AFTER SALES SERVICE

Good day. On Saturday I bought a Huawei Y5 2019 cell phone from MTN Tygervalley branch and paid cash – R2000 I returned the phone to the store for a refund on Tuesday as I was unhappy with the phone and was told that I would have to come back later for the R2000 refund as the store does not carry more than a R500 float. I was told to leave and that they would call me once the money was there. I did not receive a phone call the whole day and you cannot get through to that store by phone as they do not answer, apparently they are walk in store only. I am upset about the lack of communication and when can I expect my money, I cannot go back and forth all day and use money for transport whereas a simple phone call could suffice but you cant get through to them. Not very good customer service at all! Hoping to get this resolved asap. Dean Fraser ***
