No action taken for *****
<p>MTN has allowed someone to open 2 contracts on my name with my permission or knowledge. I noticed a debit order going off my account and contacted mtn. I have emailed all the necessary documentation however to date I have received no response or even an acknowledgment of receipt of email. I also submitted to 2 online ***** notifications and received no feedback.</p> <p>This is such a serious offence and MTN has not even made an attempt to contact me. Was is even more serious is that they allow people to sign up contracts without any verifications.</p>
