NO ACTION ON REPORTED *****

I reported that a MOMO account was *****ulently opened in my name. Same ID number but different mobile number. I went to 3 different branches (Carlton, Gandhi Square, and Bedford Centre) with my ID to have the account closed but to no avail. The branch called the MOMO helpline and they said I needed to go to an outlet where there was a MOMO representative but could not tell me which branch had a representative. I logged several tickets and was promised assistance but several months later the matter remains unresolved.
