No action on Customer Tickets for 2+ months!!!

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! 2 months since my first ticket was raised....and subsequent tickets every time I call, my problem was still not solved! I was a victim of OTP *****, however the ******** was not able to send the data packages they bought. I called to get the data packages cancelled and the costs related to that removed from my account. Every consultant I speak to can simply only tell me that they don't see any movement on the ticket and now I still have over R10 000 on my account that MTN expects me to pay, even thought I did everything I was asked in this matter....
