No Accountability

MTN’s service is a disgrace. They refuse to take responsibility for their own failures and somehow expect customers to clean up their mess. The lack of honesty, accountability, and basic professionalism is shocking. I’m done with this company — they don’t deserve anyone’s trust. They won't even offer a sorry for the **** that they caused.
