No Accountability

I have not been able to receive calls for 4 days, people dialing me say my number is incorrect. I can however call out and use data etc. Not one call centre agent or even in store can assist. They all send me off in different directions, If I didn't have this number for so long and have it listed on all my business platforms I would ditch it.
