No access to contract data for the second time

I am on MTN Sky Lite contract and have been with MTN for close to a decade now. Twice now since upgrading to this contract I have been unable to use my contract data, the first time I had 7.2GB of contract data left and I received an SMS saying that I am now using data at out of bundle rates. The MTN app as well as the MTN store close to my house confirmed that I do still have 7.2GB of data available on my contract, I however could not use it. 99% of the time I work on the road and access all my work stuff using data whilst travelling. I then bought data as I could not afford not to be able to do my work, the data a bought immediately worked and I was able to do my job. In that month I had to buy data 3 times as I was still unable to use my 7.2GB data that was left on my contract.

On 13 August the same thing happened again, I have 8.3GB contract data left on my contract that I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR THAT I AM UNABLE TO USE

I then again have had to purchase data to keep being able to do my work. I then told Rauel at MTN Mall at Reds Centurion why I should buy extra data and pay for data that I should not be buying in the first place

I am at the point of cancelling my account if this does not get resolved, and I DEMAND that the EXTRA data that I had to purchase last time and this time be deducted off my account IMMIDIATELY

I should not be made to pay for extra data if I do not have access to MY CONTRACT DATA
