I experienced charging problem with my contract phone which is still on warranty. Sent it for repairs on 13 June but still haven't received it back. Since i sent it i never received any communication from mtn, i have to call them all the time and they always promise to get back at me which they never do. Almost 2 weeks ago i was told my phone was replaced on the 23rd of july and dispatched drom the repair centre but till today 16 August its still apparently with the courier.
