I bought phones for my kids on contract. On delivery I never received sim cards as a results they couldn't receive airtime and data as per our agreement. I continued paying for 12 months whilst trying to sort the problem with Mtn but I was given different numbers to call. In all that I did not get help. I even went to MTN in Pavilion still didn't get help but told to phone them. I then decided to stop paying. They handed me over to their lawyers. I explained to lawyers what happened and I was asked to do affidavit and attach my ID. I did that but they still harrassing me with calls up to date. I afforded instalments bcos they were only R69/month. Please help
