Nightmares and lousy service with MTN

Dealing with consultants from MTN is a nightmare My contract with MTN ended in May but that was the beginning of my nightmares. The contract supposedly auto renewed and MTN in Cape Town gave out 2 phones to God knows who (I live in Midrand) and i am left with a monthly bill of R1500 i cannot afford to pay.

MTN themselves admitted that according to their records i had not authorized an upgraded and they suspected fradulent activity so they requested i send an affidavit and ID etc but 2 months later and week after week of follow-up there's still no feedback from MTN. No one has called me back. What the f*&*&^k MTN?
