Nightmare on MTN street!

I app**** for an upgrade late last year telephonically and MTN didn’t advise me that the application has been declined. Subsequently, they are charging me out of contract exorbitant rates for my existing contract and now they won’t even let me cancel the contract! I don’t even have access to the data that they are charging me for I called Retentions, Channel, almost every department for assistance but it’s all been a waste of time. This is the lousiest network and not bozza network as they claim.
