Nightmare of a service

I went to do a sim swop at MTN Balfour Park. They took my money, gave me a sim card and told me it will be active within 24 hours. I called the call center more than 24 hours later to be told no sim swop was processed. This is the most upsetting and time wasting nonsense I've ever come across.
