Nightmare MTN

Mtn billing system is the pits. I cancelled an mtn home internet contract August 2024 but im still being sent invoices for it and the router has not been collected. I have a cellphone contract with them again and the debit order details are incorrect due to an error on their side. I have tried correcting this several times but they are still not getting it right. Instead im being charged a debit order fee for an incorrect account. It is such a nightmare tk have a contract with MTN. Get it at your own risk.
