Nightmare Itemized Billing, ******* App, ******* Portal

What a nightmare to get your Itemized billing, the online portal is *******, probably the worst portal in the industry. When phoning in, there is false advertising, saying you can do ANYTHING on the app, you can't request itemized billing. Now R 25 again? I have been a customer for 25 years, but I have had it, will not upgrade with you again
