Night express data Nightmare

Very unhappy Logged 2 instances of the same issue - not yet resolved security email keeps on coming and I keep on sending it back like a dog chasing it's tail someone never follows up past the security questions or emails stating I have already rep****. Now the same thing happened again.

Night Express data is not being deducted when using data after 00h00 in fact my anytime data has disappeared, also I have recharged countless times in Sep and Oct and my Kicks entries are 0 - NOT POSSIBLE. Fix this please. Some one take charge and sort out this mess please.

We pick up that the request has been sent to the SMC technicians to investigate why the night bundle is not depleting when log on from 12h00 midnight this is still under investigation as per reference SMC/***
