NIght Express data being throttled

<p>I have just wasted R50 in Night Express data bundles since my download is being throttled. There is no mention of a Fair Use Policy with the Night Express Bundle so why am I being throttled? Please tell me how I am supposed to use 5Gb of data in 6hrs at a speed of 130kb/s? </p> <p> </p> <p>This is poor, I will expect my refund later today</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
