Night data didn't work, feel so used.... Highly disappointed!!

Bought a 1GB night express that worked for only an hour, decided to buy another one because there was literally no download happening, only to have 1.98GB data stand unusable and go to waste the morning after. Sad thing is I had intended on using it to do online assignments. Luckily I had another SIM that I was able to use. But in the interim, I had done everything in my power to try to utilise the data, and when I called customer care the next day I was told there was nothing they could do.
