NICOLETTE NAIDU @ MTN - YOU ARE A STAR!!!

I have been a customer with MTN since 1994/5. Nicolette Naidu was, today, the very first person who took time to listen to my problem and helped me to resolve an outstanding issue that was hanging in the air for 5 months now. Nicolette, you are a start employee, an ambassador of MTN, and they should name you EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR!! There are still good people, who are proud of their job, and compassionate enough to assist a customer, not just a number!!! WELL DONE NICOLETTE!!!
