Nicolette is useless and I am done with MTN after nearly 6 years

I called for an upgrade and was put through Nicolette, the lady is useless and annoying AF. I tried to listen to this lady and was getting annoyed every minute and she also didn't give me time of the day. All she kept saying was " Can I help you", bad attitude straight away. On top of that she tells me about getting a bank statement and never have I ever missed a payment in 6 years of being with MTN. All I wanted was an upgrade and and I doubt that after such a bad experience I will be continuing with my subscription. I am done with y'all! In 6 years of being your customer you should've taken it upon yourselves to know who I am!
