Nhlonipho Khoza - thank you!

As you have seen from my previous reviews, my service from mtn has been beyond bad. In excess of 85 emails, daily calls to the customer care and speaking to more than 12 supervisors to resolve not receiving international sms since my cell upgrade over a period of 6 weeks. And then I was put through to supervisor Nhlonipho Khoza He went out of his way to help me, sent follow up emails regularly, was kind, sympathetic and extremely professional. Maybe all mtn supervisors should take a leaf out of his book. I thank you Nhlonipho Khoza.
