next step for me ombudsman
<p>I currently have a debit order being deducted every month for a contract that was cancelled 1 year ago. This contract ran for 2 years , it was not renewed, it was cancelled I have contacted MTN on so many occassions with so little help and empty promises to resolve , i have now had ENOUGH, my next move will be the ombudsman as I am getting the worst customer service ever from MTN.....details of the debit order are sp c ********** ********** 323,,,, </p>
