NewTown Mall MTN store bad customer services

I very disappointed at MTN staff at NewTown Mall Johannesburg. They are *********** and make it difficult for me to get my cellphone contract being canceled. Instead of delivering the service I'm already paying for, they would rather argue with you and have a very bad attitude. I asked to speak to a Supervisor and the told me they don't have one at the store.
