NEWCASTLE Mall KZN MTN Terrible service

I have sent back my phone for repairs at MTN Newcastle Mall KZN and I was promised that it should come back in 3 weeks and its been +2 months and I haven't received my phone back. Each and every time I inquire about my phone I'm told different stories, stating that they keep on seeing more technical issues and I should wait another week. I currently have no smatphone and I'm losing alot of business cause I depend on that phone!
