New worst ISP in ZA

Terrible customer support!

I've been having troubles with my fixed LTE for the last 3 months! I contacted customer support and have been getting nothing more than "it's not on our side".

I got told to try a different device, got a new router, installed the SIM and still only get 9mbps download at full signal strength!!!!

So now I have two routers and no solution.
