New Vetting system mockup
So' I am urged by MTN a while ago that one of my accounts is due for upgrade. So now I decide to upgrade and wait 2 weeks for a handset they advertise on their corporate deals for Corporate Clients but have no stock off. Apparently this is normal.

Anyway the phone finally arrives and lo and behold a new vetting system whereby MTN asks a series of random questions including my salary to determine how much credit THEY want to give me and also based on how many lines I have? .The store assistants have had no formal training to this system confirmed by themselves and are just whinging it as they go along! ...Surreal! So in essence I can upgrade but to what they feel I can get???? SERIOUS?..... What a joke!! ... I know I can afford much more than this but wont waste anymore of my time with MTN after almost 10 years of loyalty as a customer this is how I get treated? I wasted 30 minutes holding on to speak to a damn consultant. Now they have to log a motivation request that may take 24 to 48 hours for a reply. No ways MTN ' your convenience was good while it lasted .

Super Annoyed Customer
