new upgrade phone not working
<p>hallo the guy from mtn phone my and explain I do have to stand a line to get an upgrade the wil deliver my upgrade phone for free on monday half pass 4 the rtt ofload the phone at my house i took the phone wensday to do n sim swap they did n simswap then both old and new phone had network I took it back and said that both phone are having a network and then they try to canceled my old phone after I put all my phone no on my new phone it when dead I restart the phone and then it freeze and the network was not working and I was there thursday they could not get it right friday I went back to tell them to get this phone going they was struggeling to get it right when I got home the phone has not work and it is still freezing no network and switch of by itself Monday I went back and ask if they want to replace this phone that is not working they ask me to give the box and all the stuff that come with the phone and then they say they can not exchange it for a new one because I wrote the customer tel no on the box they are not taken it now I am sitting with my upgrade phone that is not working and I must pay for a service that I cant not use I went mtn in the EastRand Mall.Can you PLEASE HELP</p> <p>my cell no is ********** 855 and after 4 o clock ********** 986</p> <p>Thank you</p> <p>regards</p> <p>Riko.Taljaard</p>
