New system sucks

I am a huge mtn fan that's why I cant even give low stars rating on this review.... but it is not the beste review for mtn we chose mtn because it has better deals for your money their service is great en quick but that was before the new system was in place my husband has been trying toe upgrade the kids phones since for 5 days now and it is just an upgrade it never took this long before he is currently letting his contract run out at his current provider to migrate to mtn as well but if an upgrade takes this long how long will n new contract and a number port take if an upgrade takes more than 5 days it is a bit ridiculous to put a new system in place of ot wasn't tested properly because normally a new upgraded system is supposed toe be better but right now it looks bad and will cost clients for mtn if this continues. We are really irritated with these upgrades cause it is taking forever!!! Please do not make us regret moving to mtn.
