New system-still awaiting statement of account

Hi. Extremely disappointed. I’ve tried numerous times to get a statement of my account and to date have received nothing. 136 is a nightmare to call as there isn’t even an option “0” to speak to an agent. To get to an agent,I had to select an option for upgrade or something along those lines. Still received no help, as my account is apparently on the new system and the agents that answer are not on the new system. Could anyone that is on the new system kindly email me my statement as from December 2019 as I need to see where my account fell into arrears? ***
