New router from shop beats on-line deal hands down

We ordered an MTN LTE Router from the online shop on 14th November. After a number of dropped calls, 20 minute call waiting for answers for the provider, we decided to visit MTN Cape Town office in Century City on the 28th November. There was still no delivery.

We discussed our problems with Howard, who quickly arranged to cancel the online router delivery and make a new order, with a similar deal, and gave us a new router to walk away with. The router powered up instantly, without calls to the activation center.

So moral of the story real live stores can give very good deals and much faster services.
