New router

On 16 February 2023 @ 13:18 as I was on my way to MTN in Vereeniging, I received a phone call and this lady said she was from MTN and she explained that my contract for my Wi-Fi is expiring at the end of February. I told her that I was going to MTN and she has cut my trip. She explained that MTN wants to renew my contract & they are offering me Uncapped data at R359 new Router and Makro Voucher for R1000. She explained that all these will be delivered in 5 days. I waited and nothing was delivered.

On Monday 27th February, I decided to call the number that called me on the 16th. I was told that they have cancelled my my application as they did not have enough stock. I was also told that the agent will call me within 24 hour to rectify this.

What is upsetting me is that my current contract is expiring today. My child depands on this Wi-Fi to do his home work and my husband is using it to work.

I want to know why you guys **** to us and sell something that does not exist.
