New Phone not working

I'm very very angry over an exceptionally had service I have been given a huawei phone absolutely hardly any apps open properly. Gmail doesn't work. I cant get FNB to open up. or any of my usual apps. I have been struggling all day over this. Compotant technicians are not there it seems
