New phone not delivered for months!

<p>My husband upgraded his cellphone over the phone im December last year and the new phone has still not been delivered to us months later! He has phoned the courier, mtn and the third party they used for the upgrade several times, talked to several managers and still no phone, they all blame the other and MTN takes no responsibility. So my husband is paying for a phone he does not have uand that MTN is making no effort to get to him! Now we are simply going to make a complaint according to the consumer protection act and move to a new provider! We will not stand for this anymore!</p>
