New Phone NO Screen Protector in Store

Excited to be the first to up grade to a Nokia 8 Sircco. Before I signed all the papers I asked for a screen protector and the Salesman said they haven't arrived in the store yet. Before I could insure it, it was knocked out of my hand by my Grand daughter and the screen cracked. This wouldn't have happened if MTN had a screen protector for me. Now I get no help from them and the help line has as yet not rep**** to me email. Nokia also has not responded to my request of replacing the screen and providing phones in store with screen protectors.
