New order

I ordered a new phone and told them that the biometrics do not work, and that I request a manual delivery. They came to deliver and tried to take fingerprints, which did not work. I have tried calling numerous times and when they eventually answer they transfer me from 1 department to the next. This is how they trat new contracts??? Shocking service.
