New MTN Insurance is a disappointment
<p>The customer service at MTN insurance is really bad, i called and waited over 30mins my call still unanswered. They say my IMEI number does not match the IMEI number they have on there side, I've emailed the allthe insurance documents with my current IMEI number, still no response. I'm really disappointed with their service and i've been an MTN customer for over 6 years. I think it's time to move onto another service provider.</p>
