NEW MONTH SAME PROBLEM
As stated last month, 18 February, Kindly be advised that your new billing will be made available from the 2026-03-01, once it has been finalized.
It is the 11 March 2026, and I cannot view anything.
MTN AGAIN, I NEED MY UPDATED STATEMENT.

12 Mar 2026, 06:55Guys come on. Why would you send the client statements if there payments that YOU MTN debits every month is not showing on the statement. CAN YOU NOT RUN THE STATEMENTS ON THE 07 OF EACH MONTH, INSTEAD OF THE 01 OF EVERY MONTH. Most of you CUSTOMERS do pay on the 01st of every month, so it make more sense to RUN statements at least 3 days after the 1st. YOR YOU GUYS REALLY NEED TO DO BETTER
