Congratulations on your appointment as manager at the branch and THANK YOU for resolving our problems in 2 days. <br> <br> It took 8 weeks under previous manager and no luck. It took you only 2 days to get my phone back. It is working beautifully.<br> <br> You are a miracle worker, and went to extra lengths even visiting our home twice in the evenings to get this matter resolved.<br> <br> THANK YOU
