new j5 has no led notification light
i bought my Galaxy j5 smartphone a month ago two day days after purchase i realized that the notification led was not working i went to the store to ask for help an find out why it was not working one of the stuff members said maybe my notification settings were not on which they were then tested it which still did NOT work then i was told 'you can live without the led its fine' AND TOLD ME THAT IF HE FINDS A WAY TO PUT IT ON HE WILL AND SINCE THEN I'M STILL WAITING<br> <br> i'm unhappy i spent R 3000 RAND CASH ON A HANDSET THAT HAS FAULTS

Thank you for your post.We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused as a result of this.
Kindly book the phone in to any nearest MTN store to be sent for an assessment in the Repair Centre and kindly bring the proof of purchase, charger as well to book the phone in for repairs. The Repair centre will do an assessment and advise from there if its a Manufacture fault.
We sincerely hope that the above is in order and that we are able to restore your faith in us.
